Ginger Weddings and Events is a catering company supplying food for weddings, birthday's, corporate events and more. The most common events that I primarily work are the Weddings at Pendennis Castle in Falmouth, however I have also been involved with a 40th Birthday at St Mawes Castle as well as a creative exhibition at Falmouth University.
As a Front of House Waitress my responsibilities range from setting table placements, assisting the wedding guests with any requirements, serving food, clearing tables and on occasion managing the bar. For the two persons getting married, it is the most important day of their lives, therefore the team and I must coordinate and work together in a highly professional manner, going above and beyond to provide the best customer service.
In my year of working with Ginger Weddings and Events, I have built upon essential front of house skills and enhanced my knowledge of the service industry learning that every member is vital to its success, as every role is incremental in constantly delivering a high standard of service.
